Think again. Ask Bob if he knows how to make your website "search engine friendly", cross platform/browser compatible... does he understand fonts and colors on the web? is his coding HTML 4.0 compliant? does he optimize not only images, but HTML, to make your site fast loading? what about navigation? marketing? meta tags? search engine submission?

If your site doesn't work due to bad links, breaks down in one of the browsers, is slow loading, and is not indexed by the major search engines, we have to ask - Just how much money did you really save?
